Personal Experience
Barr. Emeka O. Nwagwu is a graduate of the university of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in 1982 before being called to the bar in 1983.
A consummate Barman and a one time Chairman of the Owerri Bar (2000 – 2002), he has been engaged in bar leadership for almost three (3) decades. Now a member of the National Executive Council (NEC) and had been appointed into membership of almost all the National Committees of Nigerian Bar Association for the same period.
Barr. Emeka O. Nwagwu has an extensive experience in all courts in Nigeria, from Supreme Court to all other courts, including Election Tribunals.
He is the external solicitor to Multi National and National companies including: Nigerian Bottling Company PLC, Associated Bus Company PLC, Royal Exchange Insurance PLC, Casa Paper Industries LTD, Anita Plastics LTD, Key Products LTD, etc.
